Scoping call
We map legal entities, reporting framework, prior-year findings, and filing deadlines.

Interim and year-end fieldwork
Our team works from your Tokushima or Tokyo offices as needed, sampling transactions and confirming balances with banks and counterparties.

Draft findings, clearance of open items, and issuance of the auditor’s report and management letter.
Preparation
Provide trial balances, fixed-asset registers, bank confirmations authorisations, board minutes, and access to ledger systems before the first fieldwork week.
Constraints
We do not accept engagements where independence is impaired by bookkeeping, advocacy, or significant non-assurance work for the same entity.
